Highlights

Careers page on your website Applications that never get lost Panel scoring and shortlists Offers and hand-off to onboarding

Sound familiar?

  • Applications arrive by email and disappear into someone’s inbox
  • Shortlisting happens in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts
  • Panel members score on paper and the totals get argued over later
  • Every offer and every new starter begins from a blank page

From vacancy to signed offer, without the inbox chaos

Hiring is one of the most visible things your organization does, and one of the easiest to get wrong. This portal gives candidates a simple way to apply, gives your panels a fair way to score, and gives HR a clear record of every decision. It follows your process, whether that is a small team hiring a few roles a year or a public body running hundreds of applications per vacancy.

Attract and receive applications

Careers page on your own website

Publish open vacancies on a page that looks like your brand. Candidates apply from a phone or laptop in a few minutes, attaching a CV and the documents you ask for.

Vacancy requests and approval

A hiring manager raises the request, the right people approve it, and only then does the advert go live. No more roles advertised before the budget is confirmed.

Talent pool

Strong candidates who missed out this time stay on file. When the next role opens, you start with names and not an empty list.

Assess and decide fairly

Screening and shortlisting

Set must-have questions and criteria once. The portal sorts applications against them so the panel reviews the people who qualify, not the whole pile.

Interview panels and scorecards

Schedule interviews, then let each panel member score independently against the same criteria. Totals calculate themselves and every comment is kept for the record.

Candidate communication

Acknowledgements, interview invitations and regret letters go out from templates, so every candidate hears back and nobody has to write the same email forty times.

Hire and hand over

Offers and approvals

Prepare the offer, route it for approval and track the response. You always know which offers are out and which are still waiting for a decision.

One click to onboarding

When someone accepts, their details move straight into the Employee Onboarding app, so their first day is planned before it arrives.

Recruitment reports

See time to hire, where candidates come from, and how many are at each stage. Useful for HR, and for the donor or board that asks how you recruit.

  • A range becomes a fixed price after a short scoping call. What moves a price: users and departments, data to migrate, integrations, and how much is configured versus built.
  • Optional annual support and managed governance starts at 18% of the project value per year (minimum $1,800). Changes after go-live are $85 per hour, or a prepaid 20-hour block for $1,600.
  • Prices exclude VAT (16% in Kenya) and withholding tax.

Next Steps

  1. 1

Tell us how it works today

A short call about how recruitment runs in your organization right now, who is involved, and where it hurts.

  2. 2

See it with your own process

We set up a working demo using your steps and wording, so you judge it on your reality and not a generic sample.

  3. 3

Agree scope, then build and launch

You get a clear plan, timeline and cost before we start. We configure, train your team and stay with you after go-live.

Questions we hear most

Can candidates apply from their phones?

Yes. Many applicants have only a phone, so the application form is designed for small screens first and works on slow connections.

Can it follow our own scoring and shortlisting rules?

Yes. We configure the criteria, weightings, panel sizes and approval steps to match your HR policy, your public service rules or your donor requirements.

Does it connect to our HR system or payroll?

It connects to our Employee Onboarding app out of the box. For your HR or payroll system we agree an integration during scoping, so we can tell you plainly what is possible.

Who can see candidate information?

Only the people you choose. Access is role based, so a panel member sees the candidates they are assessing and nothing else. Every view and change is logged.

How long does it take to set up?

Most of the time goes into agreeing your process, not building. After a first conversation we give you a plan with a clear timeline.
