Who this is for

  • Organizations that have bought Microsoft 365 or Copilot and are not getting the use out of it that the licence cost assumes.
  • Teams where a few people have worked out the tools and everyone else is using them as a slightly better typewriter.
  • Leadership teams who need to govern AI use rather than operate it, and who are currently being briefed by vendors.
  • Organizations with a compliance or data-protection obligation that requires evidenced, recurring training.

What training covers

Eleven package families, so you can take the one matching where your teams actually are rather than a general course pitched at an average nobody occupies.

  • Foundation skills across the Microsoft 365 toolset, in walkthrough, accelerator or deep-dive formats.
  • Copilot fluency for all staff, and advanced work on agents, Copilot Studio and responsible-AI governance for power users.
  • Copilot readiness assessment and adoption advisory where the question is strategic rather than skills-based.
  • Power Automate and Power Apps for citizen developers, with the governance that makes it safe.
  • Power BI in a day, where a team arrives with data and leaves with a working dashboard.
  • Security and data protection, including cyber awareness, Kenya Data Protection Act essentials and a DPO practicum.
  • Solution-area masterclasses tied to the platforms, M&E, board governance, grants, GRC and audit practice.
  • A managed learning platform, branded and hosted, where you want training to continue between sessions.

How delivery works

  1. 1

    Scoping

Which package, which cohort, and what the sponsor needs to be different afterwards. A pre-training adoption check establishes the baseline.

  2. 2

    Delivery

Hands-on inside your own Microsoft 365 with real workflows, virtual by default over Teams, on-site where face-to-face earns the uplift.

  3. 3

    Handholding week

A dedicated Teams channel with the trainer, plus a 60-minute clinic where participants bring real tasks and blockers.

  4. 4

    Reinforcement

A 30/60/90-day plan and a post-training adoption check, so the sponsor can see whether anything changed.

What you need in place

  • Licences for the tools being trained on. Training people on Copilot they do not have is a poor use of everyone’s day.
  • Participants released for the session. Half-attending while answering mail is the main reason training does not land.
  • A sponsor with a view on what should change, which is what the adoption checks measure against.
  • For group rates, a cohort meeting the minimum; for public sessions, the session reaching quorum.

Working with Sibasi on training

Group booking or individual seats, which suits us?

A private cohort is better value once you have eight or more people, and it lets the content use your own workflows and examples rather than generic ones. Individual seats on the public calendar suit smaller numbers or a single specialist. The economics favour groups deliberately, and the gap widens as the cohort grows, so it is worth counting who would genuinely attend before choosing.

What makes this different from a video course?

The handholding week, mostly. Every delivery includes a trainer channel and a clinic afterwards, because the gap between understanding something in a session and using it on Monday is where most training dies. Sessions are also hands-on in your own environment with your real workflows, so people leave with prompts, templates and automations they built rather than with notes.

Can you deliver on-site?

Yes, across Africa, at a published uplift over the virtual rate. Virtual is the default because it works well for most of this material and costs less. On-site earns its premium for executive programmes, for mixed-ability groups needing over-the-shoulder help, and where an organization wants the cohort out of their inboxes for a day.

How do we know it worked?

Pre- and post-training adoption checks, and a reporting pack for the sponsor. This is deliberately more accountable than a happy-sheet collected as people leave the room, which measures whether they enjoyed the trainer rather than whether anything changed. Where the post-check shows a package did not land, that is a conversation worth having rather than avoiding.
